2020 and 21 was a challenge to say the least. The store has been closed and reopened and then closed again. At the beginning of 2020 we realized that the way we do business had to change and it had to change quickly.

We immediately got to work and changed almost everything. 






What we have Done for the future
  • ONLINE SHOPPING. In a effort to to minimize the amount of people in the store at one time we have improved our online shopping site by adding more products available for purchase. Our SHOP SAFE AT HOME program has been expanded. Water treatment products are 10% off 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  We also run monthly promotions only available online.

  • SUBSCRIPTION SHOPPING. Have the products you needed delivered right to your door automatically. Purchase once a year, once a month, its your choice.

  • ONLINE SERVICE BOOKING. We have have expanded the online service booking system by adding more service types. Book online and be added to our priority service que.

  • WEBSITE CONTACT POINTS We quickly realized we can not possibly answer all the phone calls we get in a day. Using multiple types of online forms that are automatically directed to the appropriate staff member than can help. The system records the message and keeps track of who answered and how long it took to get back to you, our customer. Due to limited staff members we absolutely know its hard to get a hold of us. Our goal is to answer all messages the same day.

  • INVESTMENT. We have invested heavily in our inventory to ensure most products are available for same day pick up or home delivery.
